The Other Side of Sensationalism October 15, 2012 | BRONWYN KATZKE. Satanists! The new boogeyman in a post-1994 South Africa. According to alleged ‘occult experts’ there are currently 80000 Satanists in South Africa; and these are not of the LaVeyan, … Continue reading
On Tuesday, October 2, 2012, the Fox Valley Conservative Forum, which meets regularly for a luncheon on Tuesdays in Appleton, Wisconsin, hosted a talk by South African Sonia Hruska. Hruska, who now lives in the United States, discussed the ongoing genocide against white people in her country under the largely communist-controlled ANC government of Jacob Zuma.
Born in Victoria, South Africa, to a nontraditional Afrikaner family, with a right-wing father and a left-wing mother, Hruska would go on to work in politics as a consultant in the presidential administration of Nelson Mandela from 1994 to 2001. “I was the coordinator between the different spheres of government, civil society and state organizations, to actually implement the new government policies,” Hruska said.
As an early supporter of Mandela and the dream of a rainbow South Africa, Hruska truly believed in establishing a country where, regardless of the color of one’s skin or…

We (Genocide Watch) are encouraging governments like Australia and the US to adopt liberal asylum policies for South African whites so they can leave South Africa.
Breaking News: Greg Stanton of Genocide Watch urges Afrikaners to flee SA!
Email from Dr Gregory Stanton Oct 6 2012 to Afrikaans campaigner/singer Sunette Bridges warns Afrikaners to flee:
To: Sunette Bridges
From: Greg Stanton
“As you know, Genocide Watch has already raised the Genocide Stage level for South Africa to Stage 6 because we now have evidence that the murders of Afrikaaner farmers and other whites is organized by racist communists determined to drive whites out of South Africa, nationalize farms and mines, and bring on all the horrors of a communist state. Marxism-Leninism is not yet the official ideology of the ANC government, as it is in ZANU-PF in Zimbabwe, but ANC policy will take a further step in that direction at…

October 2, 2012 | FRANCISCO FUMAROLA.
How do we even begin to debunk the years of accumulated nonsense and propaganda against Satanism, Occultism and Witchcraft in South Africa? The fact remains, all the information is already out there and available to anyone with a desire to seek it out and determine the truth for themselves. The phenomenon of Satanic Panic has been thoroughly examined and largely debunked in diverse academic fields including Anthropology, History, Sociology and Folklore. The FBI investigated claims of Satanic Ritual Abuse and the conclusion was made that the evidence was lacking. There was no evidence found of wide-spread satanic conspiracy or vast organized satanic cults perpetuating crimes or ritual abuse.

Come all you fangirls and other assorted kiddies, gather around. Let Vemundr Karl tell you a little story regarding Thor and Loki…
Loki is the son of the giants Fárbauti and Laufey (Seen in Marvel’s Thor movie as main ice giant/evil bastard), and is the brother of Helblindi and Býleistr. Noted transgenderal shapeshifter and has some control over fire and air in some sources.
By the jötunn (ice giant) Angrboða, Loki is the father of Hel (placed by Odin as ruler of Helheim/Niflhel), the wolf Fenrir (who kills Odin at the Ragnarok), and the world serpent Jörmungandr (who kills Thor at the Ragnarok).
By his wife Sigyn, Loki is the father of Nari/Narfi whose intestines are used to bind him until the Ragnarok.
By the stallion Svaðilfari, Loki is the mother – giving birth in the form of a mare – to the eight-legged grey horse Sleipnir, who symbolically resembles a funerary bier and is ridden by Odin.
Odin’s blood-brother and NO relation to Thor (only in Marvel Comics is he Thor’s brother). Leader of the legions of jotnar and denizens of Helheim at the Ragnarok.
Fears Thor more than any of the other Gods.
Kills and is killed by Heimdallr at the Ragnarok.
In her review of scholarly discourse involving Loki, scholar Stefanie von Schnurbein (2000) comments that; “Loki, the outsider in the Northern Germanic pantheon, confounds not only his fellow deities and chronicler Snorri Sturluson [referring to the Prose Edda] but has occasioned as much quarrel among his interpreters. Hardly a monography, article, or encyclopedic entry does not begin with the reference to Loki as a staggeringly complex, confusing, and ambivalent figure who has been the catalyst of countless unresolved scholarly controversies and has elicited more problems than solutions”
Thor is the son of Odin and the personified earth, Fjörgyn (not Frigga as in the Marvel Comics) and has numerous brothers.
He is the husband of the golden-haired goddess Sif (brunette in Marvel Comics) and is also the lover of the jötunn (ice giant) Járnsaxa.
He is generally described as fierce-eyed, red-haired and red-bearded and father to Thrud, Magni and Modi.
Also, Thor does not get his power from Mjölnir (“crusher” – his hammer) but from his belt Megingjörð, and cannot wield Mjölnir without the special iron gloves, Járngreipr. He also owns the staff Gríðarvölr. Thor has two human servants, Þjálfi and Röskva, rides in a cart or chariot pulled by two goats, Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr (that he eats and resurrects), and is ascribed three dwellings: Bilskirnir, Þrúðheimr, and Þrúðvangr.
Known as the warder of earth and protector of mankind.
Kills and is killed by Jormungandr’s poison at the Ragnarok.
You are welcome
Looking around for traces of Afrikanerdom in Dutch society I stumbled upon an interesting trend in Dutch cities. Quite a number of them have a neighbourhood that carry Afrikaner street-names and are generally called Transvaalbuurt/Transvaalkwartier. It’s rather amusing to find a Paul Kruger Street in Amsterdam, and even a Spionkopstraat in Haarlem, but when you look at the history and support given to the Boere during the Second Boer War, it becomes more understandable.
After the annexing of the Cape Colony by the British, there were already some blistered feelings between the Dutch and British. This was also just after the rise of Napoleon, with the Netherlands under control of France. The general discontent with British rule in the Cape was felt by both the Dutch and the Afrikaner who, through a great exodus called the Groot Trek, eventually established the independent Afrikaner Republics of the Transvaal, the…

After the leaked memo from the SAPS concerning the establishment of a new occult related crimes division, South African Pagans have been expressing their concerns. Yet, I have found that these concerns were for the most part brushed aside in the media and by comments from the SAPS. It would even seem that people generally feel as if the SAPS know what they are doing and in the end that they have everyone’s best interest at heart. “They are going after criminals and crimes committed. The memo clearly states that they will not persecute religious groups.” This is a common statement to brush aside our concerns and even imply that we are somehow being crazy or exaggerating the whole thing. The memo has a lot of cringe-worthy, shocking and outright ridiculous statements conveniently overlooked…

It was in the days of King Harold Fairhair that a man brought his ship to Iceland into Breiðdal, his name being Hallfreðr. Breiðdal is a countryside down below that of Fljótsdalr. On board his ship was his wife and son, who was hight Hrafnkell, who was then fifteen winters old, a hopeful and goodly man.
Hallfreðr set up household. In the course of the winter there died a servant-maid of foreign kin, whose name was Arnthrúðr; hence the name of the place Arnthruðr-staðir. In the spring Hallfreðr moved his house northward over the heath, and set up a home at a place called Geitdalr. One night he dreamt that there came a man to him, and said : “There liest thou, Hallfreðr, and rather unwarily; flit thy house away west across the Lagarfljót, for there all thy good luck awaits thee.” Thereupon he awoke and flitted his belongings down the valley, across Rangá, into the Tongue to a spot, which has since been called Hallfreðr-staðir, and there he dwelt into a good old age.
In breaking up from Geitdalr he had left a goat and a buck behind, and the same day that Hallfreðr left, an earthslip struck the house, and there these two creatures were lost. Hence the name Geitdalr, which this place has borne ever since.

The memo has a lot of cringe-worthy, shocking and outright ridiculous statements conveniently overlooked because apparently the SAPS seems to have grown up quite a bit since the days of Kobus Jonker and the former Occult Related Crimes division or people think that we are “more enlightened” today and such a unit poses no threat.

“On my desk sits a most chilling tome. An anthology of misinformation; filled with confusing images, twisted words and blatant lies. Servamus’ Drugs and Occult-Related Crime: The Facts, The Answers is the Malleus Maleficarum of our generation. This propaganda publication has been, and still is, used as a witches’ hammer against constitutionally protected minority religions. And with the resurrection of SAPS’ Occult-Related Crime Unit in 2012, Pagans, Witches, Occultists, Satanists and Vampyres are facing a possible new wave of propaganda and persecution at the hands of the next-generation of witch-hunters; each trained under the old master of SA’s own ‘satanic panic’- Kobus Jonker.”

I’ve been playing at German longsword for nearly as long as I’ve been playing at rapier. But only last night did I come to the realization that I, and everyone who taught me or trained with me, has been doing vom Tag wrong.
Look at Danzing, then look at everybody else.
Peter Von Danzig
Paulus Hector Mair
Conan the Barbarian
Ok, so there is one person besides Danzig uses vom Tag on the right.
Danzig and I Got It All Wrong
Until now I haven’t properly considered using the center vom Tag. I even thought that is was an inferior position, used by people who didn’t know what they were doing or were forced into it by circumstances.
Now I’m pretty sure I’ve got it all backwards. Experience tells me that I can defeat von Tag on the right in numerous ways…

Spring has come to the Southern Hemisphere!
Sigurth and Regin went up to the Gnitaheith, and found there the track that Fafnir made when he crawled to water. Then Sigurth made a great trench across the path, and took his place therein. When Fafnir crawled from his gold, he blew out venom, and it ran down from above on Sigurth’s head. But when Fafnir crawled over the trench, then Sigurth thrust his sword into his body to the heart. Fafnir writhed and struck out with his head and tail. Sigurth leaped from the trench, and each looked at the other.
1. “Youth, oh, youth! | of whom then, youth, art thou born?
Say whose son thou art,
Who in Fafnir’s blood | thy bright blade reddened,
And struck thy sword to my heart.”
The old lay of Biarki.
1 “Awake, arise, rally, friends!
All ye foremost athelings of Hrólf!
Awake not to wine nor to your wives’ converse,
but rather to Gondul’s game of war.”
Gylfi kom til Ásgarðs
King Gylfi was a wise man and skilled in magic; he was much troubled that the Æsir-people were so cunning that all things went according to their will. He pondered whether this might proceed from their own nature, or whether the divine powers which they worshipped might ordain such things. He set out on his way to Ásgard, going secretly, and- clad himself in the likeness of an old man, with which he dissembled. But the Æsir were wiser in this matter, having second sight; and they saw his journeying before ever he came, and prepared against him deceptions of the eye. When he came into the town, he saw there a hall so high that he could not easily make out the top of it: its thatching was laid with golden shields after the fashion of a shingled roof. So also says Thjódólfr of Hvin, that Valhall was thatched with shields:
On their backs they let beam, | sore battered with stones,
Odin’s hall-shingles, | the shrewd sea-farers.
Recently on BBC Two a new history series has been airing,it is simply called Vikings and presented by Neil Oliver. This series tries to look at the truth behind the Vikings. Last week’s programme dealt wonderfully with the origins of the Vikings. The show took us on a tour of Norway and Denmark explaining how the evolution of the Viking culture was very distinct from the rest of Europe which was mostly influenced by the Romans. Apart from showing us where the Vikings came from it also gives us an intriguing idea of what Europe would have been like if Rome has never conquered most of the then known world. Tonight’s programme deals with the subject of what happened next: where did the Vikings go after they learned to sail the seven seas? If you want to find out tune into BBC Two tonight at 9pm.

I saw this somewhere else and hope no one minds me using it. It is amusing and true as, historically, berserks in different cultures used little armor. If you prefer, think of Fire/Rage being far more Aggression than Defense. Like anything else, there are pros and cons.
